2. Products & Pricing

  • Product Availability: All products offered on the Wear Vocal website are subject to availability. In case an item is out of stock after you’ve placed your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Pricing: We reserve the right to update prices and product availability at any time without prior notice. Prices listed on the website are inclusive of taxes where applicable.

3. Order Placement & Acceptance

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when the item(s) are shipped.
  • Order Cancellation: We can only cancel an order before it enters the processing stage. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Payment: Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and net banking.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, but may take up to 5 business daysduring peak periods or due to unforeseen delays.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination:
    • Domestic (Within India): 2-5 business days (Standard) or 1-3 business days (Rush)
    • International: 6-12 business days
  • Shipping Charges: All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Additional charges may apply for services like rush processing, box packing, or gift wrapping.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns: We offer returns only for damaged, defective, or misprinted items within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us with proof (unboxing video, images) for a free replacement.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only if the item is defective or misprinted. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Non-Defective Items: Returns are not accepted for non-defective items (wrong size, change of mind). You can place a new order for a different size or design.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Wear Vocal’s error.

6. Account Security & User Responsibility

  • Account Information: When you create an account with Wear Vocal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • User Conduct: You agree to use Wear Vocal’s website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with the website’s functionality or security.

  • Ownership of Designs: All designs featured on Wear Vocal products are originally created by us. We take pride in our unique, in-house designs, and they are protected by copyright law.
